Advance fee has to be paid for each semester which includes Tuition Fee, Laboratory Fee, University Fee, Identification Fee, miscellaneous and others, before the end of the semester as fixed in accordance with judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India WP No. 317 of 1993 / as fixed by the state fee committee from time to time.
REFUND OF FEE : A student is not eligible to receive any refund of the Tuition Fee and the other charges paid for the year, if he/she withdraws or is made to discontinue or name is struck off the rolls. No request for refund of fee will be entertained. He/she has to clear the (fee) dues for the full duration of the course before leaving the Institution.
DUES : If the dues are not paid by the due date, a late payment fee as prescribed after the due date (including holidays) shall be realized. If the fee is not paid within 15 days (including holidays) after the due date for any reason whatsoever, the name of the defaulting students shall be deemed to have been removed from the rolls of the Institute on the date of default of dues itself. If the cost of any loss or damage which is to be recovered or loss exceeds the amount of caution money, the balance shall be deposited by the student on demand by the concerned authority, failure to do so may result in the removal of the name of student from the Institute's rolls. All dues to the Institute shall be cleared by the students before they are permitted to appear in the promotional/final/semester exam.
