The sanction faculty strength of the department is 3 Professors, 7 Assistant Professors and 14 Lecturers. Presently the Department is headed by Prof. Avtar Krishan Nadir who has a rich experience of nearly thirty-eight years in industry and teaching institutions of repute. His specialization relates to Instrumentation, Control System, Electrical Machines and their design and analysis of Power System.
