The exposure to co-curricular activities in the form of games, both indoor and outdoor & cultural activities is encouraged. Besides Field and Track events Institute also has facilities for Table Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Football, Cricket, Tennis and Basketball. There is a well equipped Gymnasium. Games and sports facilities are also catered for in boys and girls hostels. There is a music room equipped with musical instruments. Students are encouraged to take active interest in various co-curricular activities like technical festivals, exhibitions, debates, dramatics, music etc., which are organized from time to time and on important occasions. FIESTA and ZEST are two Annual Events to bring out the best cultural and technical talents. This also provides students an opportunity to organize and interact with other colleges and industry.In order to inculcate the Scientific temperaments College has set up a tech fest committee consisting of on faculty member from each department, one head of the department officiated as convener and the student members.In this direction, College Organizes a State level Technical Festival each year in the month of February in the name of "Prayas". In addition to the organizing the tech fest in the campus the college sponsors its students for participation in the tech fests organized by other colleges. LIMAT Students had brought laurels in such activities at national and state level especially in the field of web site designing and s/w development/debugging.
