Prof V.K.Sinha who is the Chairman of the college has been associated with management of Human and Physical Resources both in Service and Educational Sectors. His experience in the field has been complimentary to the service in Education. He has gained valuable experience in managing resources, setting up labs and workshops and even in planning and organizing schemes for developement, purchase and control of equipment in educational institutions. His experience was utilised by Department of Technical Education, Delhi & AICTE, Delhi. His efforts as a chairperson of the institute has been very clear as he has stood up as a model for students as well as his clear vision for growth of faculty and institution has helped in further planning for developement of this Institute. The Secretary Mr. Picheswar Gadde has been associated with various colleges in South. It inspired him to establish a college with a similar conduct in North India as well.So that the management could work upon the upliftment of the society, education altogether in north and south india.
